A Personal Milestone — and a Full-Circle Moment
For those who don’t know me personally, I’m Bill O’Brien, Director of Sales and Marketing at A Fresh Connection Catering. I’ve been with the company for the past 15 years — a journey that has taken me from high-pressure kitchens to high-profile events and everything in between.
Before that, I was a professional tennis player and NCAA coach, with a career rooted in competition, discipline, and precision. Those same principles now guide how I approach catering: always striving for excellence, always preparing for the next challenge, and always working as part of a team.
Writing this article was a full-circle moment. It allowed me to reflect on what makes catering so meaningful — not just for our clients, but for all of us who do this work with passion every single day.
